Once you’ve finalized the home site and design plans, the homebuilding process typically takes 4-6 months.

How much money do I need to buy a new home?
Once you are ready, our team will present you with a purchase agreement and collect an earnest money deposit of $1000 to $2000. The funds will be deposited in an escrow account and credited to you at closing. It’s that easy!
How long does it take to build a home
Once the site, floor plans is chosen and permits are issued the homebuilding process takes between 4 and 6 months
